Cancellation by LSKDM
In some instances, LSKDM may need to cancel your enrollment. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Limited availability in the chosen course.
- Inaccuracy in pricing information.
- Issues identified during our verification process.
If your enrollment is canceled by LSKDM, we will contact you directly to explain the reason and offer a full refund.
Cancellation by You (Student)
We understand that situations may arise that require you to cancel your enrollment. Here’s what you need to know:
- You can request a cancellation by contacting our support team.
- Cancellation requests are subject to approval by LSKDM.
- Cancellations after the course has already begun are not eligible for a refund. LSKDM determines when a course is considered “started.”
Refunds
- Generally, fees paid for LSKDM digital marketing courses are non-refundable.
- If you are highly dissatisfied within the first 24 hours of receiving course materials, you can contact the support team at support@lskdm.in to discuss your situation.
- LSKDM will review your case on a case-by-case basis and determine an appropriate response, which may or may not include a partial refund.
